One agent, three jobs, your API
Visitors who are not signed in get answers and recommendations. Signed-in users get all three jobs, including real changes in their own account. The step from one to the other is your funnel.
Answers from your docs, and shows where it found them
Point it at your help centre, your pricing page and your policies. It reads them, keeps them fresh on a schedule or whenever you publish, and answers with the source attached.
- Every answer links to the page it came from, so the user can read more.
- A question your docs don't cover is handed to a person. It never improvises policy.
- Answers start streaming in under a second, so it feels like a reply, not a search.
- Unanswered questions are grouped on your dashboard: the articles you should write next, ranked by demand.
Recommends the plan, module or add-on that fits
From your catalog: a file you upload, an endpoint we read, or your pricing page. Prices, tiers and what each one unlocks are structured, so it can say what an upgrade gives and what it costs, and never a price you didn't set.
- Upgrades, downgrades and add-ons, with the eligibility rules you define.
- Measured honestly: a small share of conversations get no recommendations, so the lift you see is real.
- The rule that never bends: when a user asks for something their plan doesn't include, it recommends your upgrade. It never mentions ours.

Gets it done, through your own API
Import your API and every operation becomes an action the agent could take. Every one starts switched off. You enable the ones your users ask for, and each is tagged as a lookup, a change, or something that cannot be undone.
- Only signed-in users, identified by your server. The chat window can never claim to be someone.
- Every change shows a confirmation card with exactly what will happen. Nothing is sent until the user says yes.
- Cancellations, refunds and deletions are off by default. When you enable them, they need the card too, and the full before and after is recorded.
- A retried request can never double-charge or double-book anyone.

It knows when to hand over
An agent that cannot admit it is stuck loses users' trust in one conversation. Actessia offers a person the moment it should: on request, after two failed attempts, or when the same question comes back a third time. Your team receives the whole conversation, not a summary.
- Webhook to your helpdesk, email as the fallback, business hours respected.
- The hand-off rate is on your dashboard, with the reasons, so you can drive it down.
Everything else a real deployment needs
A person is always one tap away
A permanent hand-off control, and an automatic offer when the agent is stuck: a request for a human, two failed attempts in a row, or the same question asked three times. Your team gets the whole conversation, by webhook or email, in the hours you set.
A dashboard that explains itself
Every conversation, searchable. Resolution and hand-off rates with their definitions beside them. Actions completed. Cost per conversation. The questions it could not answer, grouped, so you know what to write next.
A voice that is yours
Name, tone, opening message and what it must never say. Preview a change against your real docs before it goes live, and roll back in one click if you change your mind.
Nobody can run up your bill
The widget only works on your domains. Conversations have ceilings, your account has a daily spending cap with a hard stop, and unusual traffic gets a bot check that regular users never see.
Ready for your customers' languages
English today, with the groundwork for more already in place: every document and message carries its language, and switching one on is a setting, not a rebuild.
Honest with your users
It says it is AI on first interaction, on every site it runs on. It works when the visitor declines analytics cookies, because it never needed any.
